We are scouting for different figures, in terms of skills and seniority, all of whom can be an asset for our company:
- Technical staff namely engineers, laboratory technicians, maintenance and quality specialists
- Clerks with varying degrees of seniority: we are searching for both first-time employees and senior figures who can bring their previous experience to bear
- Production personnel interested in joining our team of specialised technicians
Students
Building a direct bridge between the world of education and the world of work is for us a source of continuous stimulation and growth. This is why we often participate in Career Days and meetings in schools that can lead to future collaborations.
In addition, we often host students in our companies to introduce them to our manufacturing process.
Fresh Graduates and School leavers
Interfacing with the working world can be a little scary, but if you have the right approach it can be an exciting stage of your life! Hiring newly trained young people means accepting new ways of thinking and points of view, as well as the willingness to support their growth by providing further training.
Moreover, in association with external organisations, we support professional training courses that enable us to establish working partnerships.

Some useful tips to support the selection procedures
Your Curriculum Vitae is the first touch point to liaise with us: take the opportunity and stand above the rest!
Emphasise your achievements: your skills and experience contribute to making you unique!
Structure the CV in a clear and concise manner, avoiding more than two pages in length.
What relevant information must you include?
- Name, surname, e-mail and/or telephone number
- A brief description of yourself and your future goals
- Your work experiences (if any) in chronological order and a brief description of the skills you have developed through them
- Your education and qualifications
- Your technical skills and languages
- Any extra-work activities that characterise you as a person such as volunteering
A few more suggestions:
- The photograph is not important: only include it if recent and professional
- Read the cv over before sending it to look for any grammar mistakes or typos
- Do not use fonts that are too aggressive or colours that are too bright: the CV should reflect your personality, but be careful not to overdo it and make it confusing
- Your gender and religion are elements that concern only you: do not mention them, they are not a parameter for us during the selection stage!
- Finally, highlight the keywords that match our search
What are you waiting for to send your CV? We look forward to meeting you!

Lastly, think about what added value you can offer the company and why we should choose you!
All this information will help us take a decision and understand whether you are in line with our values and job offer.
