Our training
Over the years, FOMAS Group has enhanced its talent management process by developing career plans in line with company strategies and people's goals. This is why we promote an individual-centred approach to training by devising tailor-made programmes, customized to the individual needs of each employee. Such dedicated approach ensures that each person has the tools to excel in their respective role and grow according to their inclinations.
We support and endorse vertical growth, but we are aware that it is not always everyone's wish. So we also strongly believe in horizontal career paths, giving people the opportunity to develop transversal skills and try out different roles more in line with their interests, ensuring the continuous growth of each person.

Such a fundamental element of our corporate identity is clearly reflected in the Fast & Curious project, an initiative designed to reward individuals within our Group who have distinguished themselves by fully embodying our values. Our colleagues have demonstrated, through their behaviour and initiatives, exemplary compliance with the seven core values of our company.
What exactly does the project consist of?
It comprises several stages and offers participants not only the opportunity to watch a sporting event, but also engage and reflect on an innovative team involvement.
The aim is to bring out and experience team dynamics and translate them into a project inspired by one of our seven values, with the intention of generating a positive social impact within our company or in the local community.
The project is renewed with successive editions each year, extending its involvement to all Group corporate entities on a global scale.
