Sustainable standards
Our Board of Directors takes decisions that are relevant for the company's business, defines the policies, plans and objectives for sustainable development. In order to coordinate sustainability-related activities, Group’s Sustainability Manager and Sustainability Committee work across all departments.
One of the primary objectives of the Sustainability Manager and Sustainability Committee is to define a functional governance organization to integrate the sustainability blueprint and the ethical code of conduct into the corporate policy, decision-making processes and operations to ensure value creation over time.
To this end, the Sustainability Manager supports the CEO in integration of a sustainable business model with the company's objectives.
