FOMAS (the Italian acronym of Forgiatura Moderna Acciai Speciali), located in Osnago, Lecco province, is the Group’s parent company.

FOMAS was founded in 1956 by Professor Gastone Guzzoni. It has been active in Italy in the manufacture of all types of steel and non-ferrous alloy forgings for over six decades.
