FOMAS DALIAN, located in Dalian, China, was built from a greenfield project in December 2006. The plant specialises in the manufacture of small and medium-sized seamless rolled rings.

MIMETE located in Biassono (Monza and Brianza) was founded in 2017. Thanks to the technological innovation that characterises its production, it has enabled the FOMAS Group to enter the 3D printing market.

The company specialises in the development, production and characterisation of high-quality spherical metal powders. It has an in-house VIGA plant that ensures the sphericity and purity of the powder produced and post-processing facilities that work in an inert environment. In addition, MIMETE has an accredited in-house laboratory.

ASFO (the acronym of Acciai Speciali Forgiati), founded in Chiuppano, province of Vicenza, was acquired by FOMAS in 1969.
Specialising in the manufacture of rolled rings, FOMAS began to serve new markets and applications consequent to its acquisition.
Since 2021, the production has been centralised in Villamarzana (RO).

HOT ROLL, located in Busano (Turin), was acquired by FOMAS in 1990. The company specialises in the manufacture of small rolled rings.

In 2020, with the acquisition of M4U Laminati (Busano), HOT ROLL expanded its supply range through an extremely complete fleet of machines capable of offering the best technology for heavy machining and verticalized products to its customers. The components produced are mainly for the industrial and automotive sectors.

LA FOULERIE, located in Carignan, France, was acquired by the FOMAS Group in 2005. Today, the company specialises in the manufacture of small rolled rings.

FOMAS USA, located in York, South Carolina, and formerly known as 'Ajax Rolled Ring & Machine', was acquired by the FOMAS Group in 2014.

FOMAS (the Italian acronym of Forgiatura Moderna Acciai Speciali), located in Osnago, Lecco province, is the Group’s parent company.

FOMAS was founded in 1956 by Professor Gastone Guzzoni. It has been active in Italy in the manufacture of all types of steel and non-ferrous alloy forgings for over six decades.
