We are proud to announce the publication of our 2024 Sustainability Report, highlighting significant strides made by FOMAS Group in its commitment to sustainability and responsible growth. The report showcases our progress in governance, environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and inclusion.
Key Achievement

Governance and Strategy: Our Sustainability and Risk Committee expanded its scope to oversee corporate risk management, while our Sustainability Strategy was formally defined and publicly communicated.

Environmental Progress: We developed Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) models for all Group companies, set decarbonization targets, and achieved ISO 50001 certification in all Group companies.

Social Responsibility: The Individual Performance Management process was introduced to ensure fairer evaluations, while policies supporting parenthood and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) were implemented. At the same time, a year-long awareness campaign (from June 2024 to June 2025) related to DEI topics has been launched.
Looking Ahead
In 2025, we are focusing on even more ambitious challenges, including defining a strategy for decarbonizing Scope 3 emissions and the increase of our effort for the promotion of gender equality and inclusion as key drivers of sustainable growth. Our commitment to sustainability remains the engine of responsible growth, creating value for all stakeholders.

This year's photographic theme visually represents the transformation of raw material in our production process through an evocative color palette. The selected colors guide the viewer along the path that materials take within our industrial cycle. The report's cover maintains visual coherence with this theme, while section separators assume different shades inspired by the representative colors of our sustainability strategy pillars.
