Supporting Women and Families
This year, we supported CADOM, an association that helps women in vulnerable situations and their children by providing healthcare, legal assistance, and employment support. Through tailored programs, CADOM empowers families to rebuild safe and independent lives.
CSR in India: Health, Education, and Inclusion
Our annual medical camp saw an increase in participation thanks to Sunday scheduling and meal provision, enabling free health screenings without loss of workdays. We also supported 11 young women in higher education and invested in STEM learning with new science lab equipment in the local school.
Inclusion and sustainability
Inclusivity also means Bees4Future, a project in partnership with PASO and Apicoltura Urbana offering horticulture and beekeeping training for people with disabilities, fostering autonomy and long-term employability.
Community and Culture
We contributed to refurbishing the local school in Villamarzana and supported initiatives like Beloved Ball, Associazione La Torre, and Tenderhearts, contributing to programs that support people with disabilities and individuals in need, promoting inclusion, dignity, and access to essential services.
For the second year, we brought art to Brianza, supporting La Grande Arte in Brianza, with Venus Blindfolding Cupid by Titian—a rare chance to connect culture and community.
Employee Engagement
Through 4U4ALL Steps Challenge, from July to November, employees combined wellness with solidarity: monthly walking challenges paired with donations to non-profit organizations linked to international awareness days—from International Day of Peace to the fight against gender violence.
Looking Ahead
The “A Hand for All” project in India concluded successfully, and as we approach our 70th anniversary, which will be celebrated in 2026, we remain committed to building a more inclusive and sustainable future.
