As part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) campaign, we icelebrated the Pink Day on October 10th. This day aims to be a visible sign to promote equality and inclusion for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity or expression.
Why pink?
For this occasion, we decided to turn a color often associated with traditional gender stereotypes into a symbol of openness and inclusion. By wearing pink on October 10, we want to spread the idea that everyone deserves the freedom to express their identity without fear of judgment or discrimination.
How we celebrated Pink Day
On October 10, Group employees showed their support by wearing something pink: a T-shirt, a scarf, an accessory, even a hairstyle! Each small gesture was important in demonstrating the collective commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
