Osnago, Italy – FOMAS Group is celebrating its 70th anniversary, marking seven decades of growth, innovation and international expansion. Since its foundation in 1956, the Group has evolved from a local forging company into a global supplier of high-performance components and advanced metallurgical solutions, serving customers across a wide range of industrial sectors.
Today, FOMAS Group is recognized worldwide for its expertise in open-die forging, ring rolling and metal powders, combining advanced manufacturing capabilities with a long-term commitment to quality, reliability and technological innovation.
The anniversary provides an opportunity to reflect on the company's history while reaffirming its strategic focus on the future through continued investment in manufacturing technologies, sustainability and people.

The anniversary celebrations officially began on July 4 with a company event at Milan's historic Palazzo del Ghiaccio, bringing together employees from the Group's four Italian companies, together with customers, partners and guests.
Hosted by Italian broadcaster Matteo Caccia, the evening featured a retrospective of the company's history through stories and testimonials, together with live performances by television presenter and singer Lodovica Comello and the band Street Clerks. Long-serving employees were also recognized for their contribution to the company's development before President and CEO Jacopo Guzzoni shared the Group's strategic outlook and future priorities.
The evening closed with a DJ set by Andy of Bluvertigo and Lillya, accompanied by live saxophone performances, bringing the celebrations to a close.
The anniversary program also includes initiatives that reflect FOMAS Group's commitment to culture, education and local communities. These include a Special Award developed in partnership with Arte Laguna Prize, sponsorship of the Lecco Film Fest, the Gastone Guzzoni Award promoted together with the Italian Association of Metallurgy (AIM), and the redevelopment of the company's historic production building, which will become FOMAS Group's new corporate headquarters while preserving an important part of its industrial heritage.
Further initiatives involving customers, employees and local communities will continue throughout the year.
As FOMAS Group enters its eighth decade, the company remains focused on sustainable growth, operational excellence and innovation, strengthening its position as a trusted global partner for advanced metallurgical solutions while continuing to invest in the technologies and people that will shape its future.
