YORK, S.C. — March 13, 2026 — FOMAS Inc., a leading manufacturer of seamless rolled rings and precision-machined components, today announced a $5 million investment to expand and modernize its manufacturing operations in York, South Carolina. The investment reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to the region and strengthens its role as a key supplier to high-performance industrial markets.
The project, currently underway and scheduled for completion in mid-2026, includes a significant building expansion, increased machining capacity, furnace renovations, and new site infrastructure improvements. These upgrades are designed to increase production efficiency, enhance operational flexibility, and position the facility for sustained growth and broader market diversification.
The initiative also represents an important starting point for a broader roadmap of future investments aimed at further strengthening FOMAS Inc.’s capabilities and long-term presence in York County.
